Customer Service Quality Assurance Coordinator
Job Description:
The role involves assisting customers with dropping their garments off, preparing orders to be cleaned, performing a quality check on finished orders, and assisting customers with picking up their clothes. You will play a key role in maintaining our service and image, but also the efficiency in the operation of the business. Your pleasant personality will drive our customer service, which is a cornerstone. The ideal candidate will need to have prior customer contact or retail experience. In this role you will also learn new ideas and business practices.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to multi task
- Maintain storefront
- Competent in MSOFFICE
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Able to work a variable week, even weekends
- Knowledge of fabric, i.e., cotton, silk, linen, and blends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate must present a polished, polite, and professional attitude.
- Respond to the needs of challenging customers with patience and courtesy.
- Knowledge of Spanish, but not required.
- Must provide 3 valid references
- Accurately record and account for all items dropped off or picked up
- Responsibilities include but not limited to daily cash register reconciliation (basic math skills a must), scheduling orders, and handling phone calls.
